Those who have deferments from 2016 need to follow the instructions that have been emailed from the race director. Deadline for this is 1/2/17 23:59.
We will NOT be providing refunds or deferments to 2018. However, there is the online facility to alter competitors’ details including name so feel free to do this. If you enter but do not race, please see your fee as a useful charitable donation!
£20 attached, £22 unattached. If the race does not fill then entries on the day will have a £3 surcharge.
The proceeds from our 2016 race resulted in donations totalling £2500. We hope to exceed this for 2017.
Registration, collection of chipped race number and T Shirt will be in DACA Sports Centre from 7:30 on race day. There will be nothing posted out to you prior to the race.

DACA refectory will be open before and after the race for the purchase of drinks and light refreshments
Use the DACA carpark. This this will be locked after the event is finished and we have cleared up.
Do NOT use Sainsbury’s car park
There are three water stations on the route. After use, just drop bottles on the road side so the marshals can easily collect them.
Please do NOT throw used bottles over residents’ garden hedges as this causes complaints and jeopardises the future of our race.

First Aid cover
We have full first aid cover on the route. If you come across somebody in distress, please help and ensure a marshal is notified. The emergency services are aware of the event and will pass on calls to our ambulance.
